Food Handling

In order to serve and work with prepare foods I completed a required health and food  protection course.  I learned a few important things that I though would be beneficial for you all to know.  I am very dilegent and super clean when its comes to cooking and working with raw foods.  Working with raw foods is not as simple as it sounds, being clean and cooking with the most freshest food possible is very important.  

Cooking Temperatures
