Trip to Montauk & Thank you….
I would like to first and foremost “Thank you all” for your warm wishes and condolences, it truly meant a great deal to me and my family. It really is great to have friends like you all.
I know it has been a while since my last blog, I’ve just been feeling very dormant as if I was hibernating and waiting for the sun to shine to wake me up. In the last few months, I’ve hardly been in the kitchen actually. It has not been calling I felt as if lost my touch. I guess from all the running around and so much happening I’ve just not been motivated. I’m getting better though and I promise you I hope to back better and stronger.
This is the first weekend in a long time, the sun was shinning and we reached over 70 degrees in New York. The sun felt so good, it was an awaking I was hoping and waiting for. We took advantage of the sun, and with my cousin and the husbands we drove out to the Hampton’s and all the way up to the Lighthouse in Montauk, NY.
Yesterdays heat and Osman’s nagging was my biggest inspiration, I surely have missed this ACTUALLY!!!
Lighthouse picture was taken by my husband.
