This past weekend we had the pleasure of visiting our relatives in Dunmore, PA.  This is my second time visiting Pennsylvania, my first trip was back in seventh grade, when we took a field day trip to the Liberty Bell.   We had a splendid time in PA, visiting one of its famous national parks as well as taking a ride on the ZIP!  The picture below explains it all! 

We can not wait till our next visit!

Recipe: same as previous
Erdinc abi did not use cilantro & also added diced green bell peppers.

Ebru abla (sisters) lunch table. 
She prepared the table as I watched her 8 month old sunshine! She is also edible!

• Green garden salad
• Potatoe salad
• EEOO’ed Zucchini dish
• Brown rice
• Kofte (turkish meat balls) 

PS: We had the oppurtunity to tour around the campus of Penn State University, the campus is really beautiful!
