I was in your store for the first time today and may have talked to your brother...I definitely spoke to a young man about enjoying my visits to Turkey.

I'm intrigued to learn your store sells freshly frozen manti! I didn't notice it but will look for it next time. I was allowed into the kitchen of a restaurant in Goreme to learn how to make manti, which didn't seem too hard at the time. Only later did I realize that the restaurant made it easy by preparing the dough and rolling it out...I only had to cut it and fill it. When I tried again at home, my dough was a disaster, lumpy and sticking to my roller. At least the sauce tasted good!

This is an interesting idea as well! If I don't get around to buying the frozen manti at your store soon (Bay Ridge is far for me!) I will definitely give this recipe a try.
