Wkend Breakfast

Ever since I’ve started working breakfast is always on the run. Either a bowl of cereal or a granola bar, which I really don’t mind, BUT, I miss my traditional Turkish breakfasts at home, sitting down.
So, every Saturday & Sunday mornings I prepare breakfast with a delight, the menu is often slightly Turkish – American. Here is sample of this past weekends! I hope to be posting these menus with recipes and encourage you with new ideas.
Turkish Sucuk & Sunny Sideup Eggs

Homestyle potatoes (with onions & green peppers)
Pillsbury biscuits

Turkish Feta Cheese, Turkish Soft Kasari
Green & Black Olives & my husbands favorite philly cheese cream (he tops it off with Hazelnut spread)

You have a beautiful website! Your weekend breakfasts look sublime, by the way. I was in Turkey a few years ago and the food there found a new devotee in me.
