I apologize for the delay in the recipe, I had written it but some how it disappeared on me.

Well, this recipe is a simple one, because I used a prepared pudding from the most famous Doctors in cooking, Dr. Oetker.

Need:

  • 2 cups of cold whole milk (for hazelnut recipe)
  • 1 package of Dr. Oetker Pudding
    (I personally love the hazelnut flavored one)
  • 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter

Preparation:

  1. Mix the milk and the package of pudding in a small deep sauce pan. 
  2. Stir over medium high heat until the pudding begins to boil and then take it off the heat.
  3. Add the teaspoon of butter  and mix until the butter melts.
  4. Pour into small serving dishes & decorate as you wish.  
  5. If you wish to serve it cold, chill 2 -4 hours before serving.  Can also be served warm or hot! Enjoy!
