Today was a long long day, a lot of preparation with a big payoff.  Its nice to have guests that you do not get to see often.  In my case my guests came all the way from Samsum, Turkey.  There journey was long but all worth it!  We hope to share many more wonderful dinner tables as this one.

Turkish recipe kofte cooked arabic style in a round pan in the oven.

All served with bowls of fresh home made yogurt & fresh sheperds salad. (which i forgot to photograph)

b. Arabic style Kataifi Delights } Served with Turkish Tea

Something sweet at the end of the night – bowls of sliced sweet & seedless watermelon.
