My fiance out of the blue suprised me with a special delivery of a dozen red roses.  Whenever I receive flowers I arrange them differently, something out of the ordinary vase.  Vases are great..but we all should get creative sometimes.

In a deep crystal serving bowl (what ever bowl you might have in hand), filled it up half way with water.  Cut the rose stems at a height were the roses don’t sink into the bowl.  Starting with the outer rim of the bowl, arrange the roses in a circle, until all the roses are inside the bowl.

Its simple, creative & elegant!
